% 20.01.2017 In view of minutes of the meeting (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 which reads as:- 'As regards the pending Execution Petition in this Court we direct the Registry to identify such Execution Petitions which have been pending in this Court involving a sum of upto Rs.2 Crores for being transferred to the concerned District Courts.' the present Execution Petition is liable to be transferred. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge, Tis Hazari Courts (Central) on 08.03.2017 As there is no appearance on behalf of either side or their counsels, the Registry to issue the Court notice (without process fee) to both the sides as well as their counsels for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
