% 01.03.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 2nd February, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 298/2013 under Sections 354-A/354-D IPC registered at Police Station Baba Haridass Nagar, be quashed. Petitioner and respondent no. 2 are neighbours. Respondent no. 2 is also present in Court and has been identified by ASI Ram Bhajan, Police Station Baba Haridass Nagar. Respondent no. 2 has produced entry-pass as well as her Aadhar Card, copies whereof are taken on record. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with petitioner of her own free will and without any undue

force, coercion and pressure.

She further submits she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 vide Memorandum of Understanding, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 298/2013 under Sections 354-A/354-D IPC registered at Police Station Baba Haridass Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
