1. The appeal was heard last on 11th August 2009, when the questions were framed. Even on that date, the legal representatives (LRs) of the decesased Respondent Assessee had not appeared despite service.

2. On perusal of the order dated 5th March 2008, it appears that notice was issued to the LRs of the deceased Respondent i.e. Gurpreet Singh Sethi and Manjeet Sigh Sethi both resident of B-11, Greater Kailash, New Delhi and at the alternative address of Smt. Surinder Kaur, resident of 13, Nizamuddin East, New Delhi.

3. Issue fresh notice to the above three persons by all modes including registered speed post and approved courier on filing process fee in the both the cases, returnable on 26th July, 2017.
