Vide order dated 17.10.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The excess amount deposited by the petitioner along with interest from September, 2017 till April, 2022, be released to the petitioner, subject to the satisfaction and verification of the learned Registrar General......

Hence, the amount of arrears salary/wages as deposited by the petitioner, till 27.08.2017, be released to the LRs of the deceased workman/respondent No.1 proportionately, subject to the satisfaction and verification of the learned Registrar General....." 2.

A report has been received from the Registrar (B&C) of this court, whereby the registry has informed that till 27.08.2017, an amount of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

₹3,42,247/- was lying deposited and the same was kept in FDR and presently, as on 13.11.2025, the value of the said FDR is ₹6,61,352/-. It has further been informed that from September 2017 to July 2022 an amount of ₹3,39,456/- was lying deposited and the same was kept in FDR and presently, as on 13.11.2025, the value of the said FDR is ₹4,75,247/-. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.1(A) to 1(D) and learned counsel for the petitioner do not oppose the aforesaid calculation and requested that the amount may accordingly be released to the petitioner and the respondents No.1(A) to 1(D).

Respondent No.1(A)/Meena @ Meena Meena, respondent No.1(B)/Chandershekhar @ Chandarshekhar, respondent No.1(C)/Mariappan and respondent No.1(D)/Ranjana are also present and have requested that the amount deposited by the petitioner till 27.08.2017 may be released to them in equal shares i.e. 1/4th share each, alongwith proportionate accrued interest thereon in terms of order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court. They have also brought their respective aadhar cards and pan cards for the purpose of the identification. Their statements have been recorded separately to this effect and they have been identified by their counsel. 5.

In view of the above, Registrar (B&C) is directed to remit the amount of Rs.3,42,247/- deposited till 27.08.2017 to the respondents No.1(A) to 1(D) in equal share alongwith proportionate accrued interest thereon, directly to their bank accounts the details of which are given in their respective statements, in terms of order dated 17.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court, after due verification. Registrar (B&C) is further directed to remit the amount of ₹3,39,456/- deposited from September 2017 till July 2022 alongwith accrued interest thereon directly to the bank account of the petitioner i.e. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
