% 16.11.2017 The counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present appeal.

The appeal and the pending application are dismissed as withdrawn. By order dated 04.05.2012, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the awarded amount with upto date interest with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch within the period specified and the said amount was directed to be put in interest bearing account for a period of six months with provision for auto renewal.

The amount thus, deposited with accrued interest shall be released to the claimants in terms of the judgment of the Tribunal.

The statutory deposit shall be refunded.
