A Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.524/2025 dated 27.07.2025 under Sections 64(2)(m)/308(2)/351/79 BNS registered at Police Station Narela.

The complaint has been filed by the respondent No. 2, wherein she stated that she and the Petitioner firstly met in Rohini court, when their divorce proceedings were ongoing. They voluntarily shares their phone numbers and started meeting each other. A romantic relationship soo blossomed and they engaged in physical intimacy. The growing affection led to joint trips including Nainital, Mussorie, Shimla, Manali and Kasol. The differences arose between the parties in mid 2025 which ultimately culminated in registration of present FIR on 27.07.2025 against the Petitioner.

It is submitted that vide Settlement Agreement dated 19.09.2025 both the Petitioner and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 4.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Accused/Petitioner. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the Petitioner on account of the Settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 524/2025 dated 27.07.2025 registered at Police Station Narela, for offences punishable under Sections 64(2)(m)/308(2)/351/79 BNS of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner herein.
