% 15.10.2018 I.A. 14167/2018 (under Order XXIII RULE 3) This is an application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC jointly filed by the parties. The parties have arrived at a settlement on the terms and conditions contained in para 3(A) to (N). The application is signed by the parties and by their counsels. It is also accompanied with affidavits of the parties. The Court has perused the terms of the settlement and the same are lawful. There is no impediment in recording the same. The Defendants have handed over a sum of Rs.50,000/- by way of a demand draft today. The same is acknowledged by counsel for the Plaintiff. The parties and anyone acting for an on their behalf, are held to be bound by the terms of the settlement. The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. Since the suit is of a recent vintage, 50% Court fee is directed to be
