The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "a) Allow the present Petition and grant an extension of 12 (twelve) months for the conclusion of the Arbitral Proceedings between the parties hereto, and /or;

b) Pass any other order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

On due consideration of the facts and circumstances, as has been stated in the application, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of twelve (12) months from 05.09.2025. 6.

The instant petition stands disposed of.
