This is a petition filed under Section 29A (4) & (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to make and pass the final Award. 2.
It is stated that the matter is at the stage of final arguments hence, the delay.

Ms. Jain, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
