By virtue of the present application, the respondents seek disposal of the present writ petition in terms of paragraph nos.7, 8, 9 and 10 of the order dated 06.10.2025 passed in W.P. (C) 15267/2025. 2.

In a nutshell, learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the factual matrix as also the legal issues involved in the present petition, are the same as in W.P.(C) 15267/2025, the present petition can also be disposed of in the similar terms.

As such, for the reasons stated in the present application, as also taking into consideration the aforesaid statements made by learned counsels for the parties and the order dated 06.10.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 15267/2025, the present application is allowed, and stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 15190/2025 6.

In view of the aforesaid order passed in CM APPL. 73237/2025, without going into the merits of the matter, and upon instructions from the respondents, learned counsel for respondents submits that the respondent no.2 shall issue a fresh Show Cause Notice to the petitioner, as also to all the 1140 occupants of the subject premises within a period of three weeks in lieu of the impugned order/ notice dated 09.09.2025. 7.

In light of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same, albeit, with liberty to initiate appropriate action(s) in accordance with law with respect to subsequent steps taken by the respondents. 8.

Needless to say, the parties shall take all actions in accordance with law, and the respondents are directed not to take/ initiate any adverse steps qua implementation and/ or enforcement of the impugned order/ notice dated 09.09.2025 till the final outcome of the fresh order/ notice issued by the respondent no.2.

As such, the present petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
