Learned Additional Standing Counsel for State accepts notice. 3.
By this petition the petitioner seeks further extension of parole. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's wife has undergone surgery on 3rd March, 2018 however, she has developed high fever and dengue, thus needs further care.

A status report has been handed over by the learned Additional Standing Counsel, which is taken on record. As per the status report factum W.P.(CRL) 705/2018
of surgery of the petitioner's wife has been verified and it has also been verified that after the surgery, petitioner's wife has developed anaemia and the platelet count has reduced to 7800 cmm with rigors and dengue. 6.
Considering the facts verified and the ailments of the wife of the petitioner this Court deems it fit to extend the parole granted to the petitioner for a further period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 1st February, 2018 passed in W.P. (Crl.) No. 174/2018.
