% 12.03.2018 Counsels for petitioner (accused) and Mr.

Vashishta Gokhar (respondent no. 2) submit that terms of settlement arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 2nd May, 2015 have been complied with. Petitioner has paid the entire amount as mentioned in terms of the settlement.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that respondent no. 2 has no objection in case complaint case is quashed. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and Complaint Case no. 530979/16 titled Shri Vashishta Gakhar vs. Shri Sanjay Chawla is quashed since terms of the settlement have been complied with.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
