O R D E R

% 24.04.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole to maintain social ties, to admit his minor daughter in the school and also challenges the communication dated 6th February, 2018 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of parole.

A Status Report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the Status Report, family of the petitioner comprising of his parents and minor daughter are residing at village Bheja, PS Bheja, Distt. Madhubani, Bihar though the wife of the petitioner has left the matrimonial home and is residing at her parental home. As per the Nominal Roll, petitioner has earlier also been granted parole three times by this Court and he has surrendered in time. Even furlough has been granted to the petitioner by the competent authority.

There is no allegation that the petitioner misused the concessions earlier granted to him.

Considering the Status Report and the Nominal Roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner.

It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. Petition is disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.
