TR.P.(C.) 37/2017 The present petition is filed under Section 24 CPC for transfer of the Civil Suit No. 260/2010 pending in the court of Ms.Vineeta Goel, ADJ (now Sh.Jitender Kumar Mishra, ADJ), Patiala House, New Delhi to the appropriate court in North East District, Rohini Court. It is urged that the property in question is located in North West District, Rohini. Learned counsel for the respondent has entered appearance and submits that he has no objection to the same. The petition is accordingly allowed.

Civil Suit No. 260/2010 is transferred from the court of Ms.Vineeta

Goel, ADJ (now, Sh.Jitender Kumar Mishtra, ADJ) Patiala House, New Delhi to the appropriate court in North East District, Rohini Court. The parties to appear before the concerned District Judge for directions on 10.04.2017.
