% 03.03.2017 Petitioner was granted interim bail for four weeks since her child, who was suffering from Autism, was seriously ill. By this application, petitioner seeks extension of interim bail on the ground that petitioner's three year old son is still in the hospital where his endoscopy has been done. Certificate of Dr. Preet Singh Chawla of Chawla Nursing Home dated 23rd February, 2017 reflects that biopsy result was inconclusive as tissue was insufficient. It is submitted that repeat biopsy is required.
Learned APP for the State submits that SI Krishan Pal of police station Kalkaji has already verified the facts and the petitioner's child has found hospitalised.
Accordingly, interim bail of the petitioner is extended for another four
weeks from the date of expiry of earlier bail on the same terms and conditions as stipulated in the order dated 6th January, 2017 passed in Bail Application No. 4/2017.
Application is disposed of.
