This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of 3 months.

It is stated that the matter has already been argued and is reserved for orders.

Issue notice. Mr. Dubey, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent and has no objection to the extension of the mandate. 4.

I am satisfied sufficient cause has been shown. 5.

The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of 3 months from 31.10.2024 to make and publish the Award. 6.
