This is a petition filed under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking execution of the Award dated 08.07.2015, wherein claim 'C' has been allowed to the tune of Rs. 1.82 crores along with interest and costs.

It is stated that the judgment debtor filed Section 34 petition which was decided on 25.09.2018 wherein the claim A and claim B were set aside and claim C was upheld. The said judgment was assailed in Section 37 appeal which was dismissed on 03.07.2024.

Mr. Taneja, learned counsel for the judgment debtor who appears on advance notice fairly states that no SLP has been preferred till date. 4.

For the said reason, it is directed that the amount along with up-to-date awarded interest along with costs shall be paid to the decree holder in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In case the amount is not paid or there is any shortfall in the amount paid, the decree holder shall be at liberty to revive the execution petition.
