By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 06.04.2023, whereby the Trial court directed that a criminal complaint under Section 340 CrPC be filed against the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that he seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate petition.

In view of the above, the petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn. Leave and liberty granted.
