Learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord, appearing through video conferencing, submits that the subject premises have already been handed over by the tenant to the landlord in pursuance of the order dated 25.05.2025 passed by the learned Executing Court. 2.
In view of the aforesaid, and as held by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008], the present petition has become infructuous as there is nothing surviving therein. 3.
As such, the present petition, alongwith the pending applications, is disposed of accordingly.
