% 06.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for partition, declaration and permanent injunction.

The valuation of the suit is Rs.60 lac.

In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 17th March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of the defendants or their counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to the defendants as well as their counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
