In view of the peculiar circumstances and the fact that the petitioners have already been granted admission in Darbari Lal, DAV Model School, Pitampura, let their admission be confirmed without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised by the parties.

So far as the grievance raised by Mr. Yogesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-school, qua the reduction of the EWS category intake capacity in the respondent-School is concerned, liberty is granted to make a representation to the respondent-DoE.

and with due expedition so that the appropriate adjustments can be made from the academic year 2025-26.
