This application has been filed seeking interim bail for the petitioner in FIR no. 406/2024 under Sections 21B registered at PS Bhalswa Dairy. 2.
The petitioner was arrested on 12th June, 2024 on the ground of having recovered 20 grams of smack from her. Besides, the other grounds which the petitioner contends in respect of the recovery, the immediate concern is about the two daughters of (15 and 13 years of age) and one minor son aged (10 months only).

It is contended that petitioner was abducted at about 07:00 p.m. by the local police and detained her and is falsely implicated in the matter. 5.
Taking the humanitarian view with respect to the minor children which the petitioner has to take care who are now apparently being taking care by maternal grandmother, the Court is inclined to grant interim bail for a period of four weeks.

It is made clear that interim on this ground will not be extended on these grounds. Petitioner will have to make out a case for seeking regular bail. 7.
In light of the above, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner for a period of four (4) weeks from the date of release on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, further subject to the following conditions:
i.
Petitioner will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court.
ii.
Petitioner shall provide permanent address to the Trial Court. The petitioner shall intimate the Court by way of an affidavit and to the IO regarding any change in residential address. iii.
Petitioner shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing.
iv.
Petitioner shall join investigation as and when called by the IO concerned.

Petitioner shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with any of the prosecution witnesses, the victim/complainant or any member of the victim/complainant's family or tamper with the evidence of the case.
