The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the directions contained in the orders dated 29.05.2024 and 07.08.2024 passed in CM No. 45157/2024 in W.P.(C) No. 3275/2023.

Learned counsels for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are present on advance notice and submit that they have nothing to do with the present matter, as the representation is to be made to the respondent No. 4 and to be considered by that party alone. 3.

Anyhow, Mr. Hanu Bhasker, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 is also present on advance notice through VC. 4.

In a nutshell, the petitioner has made repeated representations for consideration of her accommodation against any Group-B Gazetted Post in the Income-Tax Department, in terms of the notification dated 19.10.2023 issued by the Ministry of Finance. It is a matter of record that the representation was supposed to be decided within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 4 submits on instructions that the Department was not aware of the aforesaid order dated 07.08.2024, and he has instructions to make a statement in the Court that the representation would be decided within 14 working days.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent No. 4, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation be decided within 14 working days from now.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the contempt petition, in case no decision is made upon her representation. DHARMESH SHARMA, J.
