On 02.02.2023, this Court recorded that the decree-holder will take steps as to future course of action.

Mr. Singh, learned counsel for decree-holder states that despite his best efforts, there are no instructions coming from the decree-holder. 3.

For the said reasons, it seems that the decree-holder is not interested in pursuing the petition. The same is dismissed for non-prosecution granting liberty to the decree-holder to revive the same as and when the situation so arises.
