O R D E R

% 01.08.2018 The counsel for the petitioner submits on the line of submissions made in nine other similarly placed petitions, the leading case being Crl. M.C.766/2018 titled M/s Goyal MG Gases Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. vs. State & Ors., which were disposed of by common order dated 16.07.2018, the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not pressed except to pray that the trial Court be called upon to dispose of the complaint case expeditiously.

The counsel for the private party respondent/accused before the trial Court submits no objections, her request being that her revision petition pending in the court of Sessions in relation to the complaint case be also decided expeditiously.

The trial court is requested to proceed with the complaint case expeditiously. Both parties would be expected to fully cooperate with the endeavour of the trial to expedite the proceedings so that the complaint can be decided at an early date, this, of course, without prejudice to the rights of the accused to raise all defences and pleas in accordance with law. This court hopes and expects that the criminal revision petition arising out of the complaint case in question will also be decided expeditiously. The trial court records shall be returned forthwith. The petition is disposed of.
