% 10.09.2018 CM APPL.36816/2018 The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has instituted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking withdrawal of the accompanying writ petition without prejudice to his rights and with liberty to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, against the order dated 13.08.2018, passed by the non-applicant/respondent, in compliance to the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 06.12.2017.

In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The applicant/petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the accompanying petition.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
