A copy of such settlement dated 15th June, 2025 has also been placed on record.

Learned counsel for respondents also appears on advance notice and submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the settlement deed would also be placed before the concerned Probate Courts with request to dispose of such cases, in terms of said settlement. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the aforesaid, does not press the present petition and seeks to withdraw the same in terms of the settlement.
