This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 12 reads with Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, Article 215 of the Constitution of India and Section 151 of the C.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(a) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent No. 1, Ms. Manju Choudhary and Respondent No. 2, RSMM General Trading LLC, and declare that the Respondent No. 1 and 2 are guilty of Contempt of this Hon'ble Court for having disobeyed the order dated August 20, 2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.M.P (I) (COMM) Nos. 214 of2024; (b) Pass an order attaching moveable and immoveable properties owned by the Respondent No. 2 and/or Respondent No. 1 for willful disobedience of the order dated August 20, 2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.M.P (I) (COMM) Nos. 214 of2024;

(c) Appoint a Local Commissioner to examine, investigate and identify the assets/ receivables of the Respondent No. 1 and 2 within the territorial jurisdiction of this Hon 'ble Court; (d) Punish the Respondent No. 1, including by way of committing her to civil prison, for contempt and willful disobedience of the order dated August 20, 2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.M.P (I) (COMM) Nos. 214 of2024; (e) Issue directions for seizing/ impounding the passport of the Respondent No. 1 (bearing no. 23799467) for willful disobedience of the order dated August 20, 2024, passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.M.P (I) (COMM) Nos. 214 of2024; (f) For interim and ad-interim reliefs in term of prayer (a) to (e) above; and (g) Pass such other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the directions contained in order dated 20.08.2024 in O.M.P (I) (Comm) 214/2024 have been complied by the respondents. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
