% 29.10.2024 Undisputedly, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of preferring an appeal against the final order passed under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. In the absence of any jurisdictional challenge being raised, we find no justification to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the same shall stand dismissed, subject to rights being reserved to the writ petitioner to pursue the statutory alternative remedies.
