The parties have amicably settled their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 19th May, 2018 recorded before the learned mediator. 2.
Petitioner No.2, present in Court along with her counsel, confirms the settlement agreement dated 19th May, 2018.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners shall hand over the keys in respect of the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject property to the respondent in the presence of their counsel on or before 22nd June, 2018.
It is further submitted that the respondent has to pay Rs.40,000/- to the petitioner towards litigation cost and thereafter both the parties would not be left with any claim whatsoever against each other. Learned counsel for the respondent confirms the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners today.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated
19th May, 2018. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 19th May, 2018.

Pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
