There are sixteen petitioners in the present petition. 2.
They all seek initiation of contempt proceedings against respondent for not complying with the directions contained in order dated 13.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12804/2024 3.
However, learned counsel for petitioner submits that as far as fifteen such petitioners are concerned, their cases have already been duly considered by the concerned Standing Screening Committee and out of those, two candidates have been found „unsuitable‟.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that certain additional documents were required from him and these have already been received and that a decision in this regard has already been taken by the Standing Screening Committee and requisite communication shall be sent to petitioner -Mr. Chandan Chaudhary within two weeks from today. 6.
Such statement has been made on instructions and is taken on record. 7.
In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that if nothing is communicated, as undertaken above, he may be permitted to revive the present contempt petition.

The petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
