There are seven petitioners in the present petition. 2.
They seek initiation of contempt proceedings against respondents for not complying with the directions contained in order dated 13.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 12897/2024 3.
Mr. Amit Tiwari, learned CGSC, on instructions, submits that as far as petitioner No. 1-Mr. Sonu Kumar S/o Mr. Dinesh Mahto and petitioner No. 7-Mr. Bhupesh Singh S/o Mr. Paras Singh are concerned, they have already been found suitable and requisite communication has already been sent to them.

With respect to the rest of the petitioners i.e. petitioner No. 2-Mr. Amit Kumar, petitioner No. 3- Mr. Vishvajeet Pandey, petitioner No.4-Mr. Anand Kumar, petitioner No. 5-Mr. Amit Mandal and petitioner No. 6-Mr. Bibekananda Das, the matter has already been re-examined by the concerned Standing Screening Committee on 4th instant and after having necessary approval from the concerned Authorities, the communication would be sent to those petitioners, within three weeks from today. 6.
Such statement is taken on record.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioners submits that, at the moment, he does not press the present contempt petition. He, however, submits that if nothing is communicated, as undertaken above, he may be permitted to revive the present contempt petition. 8.
The petition stands disposed of, accordingly. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
