None appears for the petitioner despite the matter being passed over.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that on two earlier occasions, i.e., 06.05.2008 and 05.02.2024, the present petition was dismissed in default due to non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, however, the same was subsequently restored vide Orders dated 10.02.2010 and 16.05.2024 respectively. It is further submitted that despite restoration, none has been appearing for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record further reveals that even on the last date of hearing, i.e., 15.07.2025, none appeared for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in default for non-prosecution.
