After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a writ petition in a court having territorial jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly state that in the event the appellant approaches the Calcutta High Court, they would not raise any objection with regard to the territorial jurisdiction of the said court. 3.

Recording the aforesaid statement and with the aforesaid liberty, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn along with the applications.
