An Appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act has been field challenging the impugned Judgement dated 22.07.2023 whereby the Claim Petition filed by the Appellant under Section 166 MV Act has been rejected on the ground of being beyond the period of limitation. 4.

Learned counsel for the Appellant fairly concede that there is no provision enabling the condonation of delay in filing of the Claim Petitions under Motor Vehicle Act.

There is no merit in the present Appeal which is hereby dismissed.
