% 08.07.2017 On discussions it is now agreed between the parties that out of the awarded amount along with interest granted by the Tribunal on 15.02.2014, a lump sum amount of Rs.30,000/- shall be refunded to the appellant insurance company and the remaining amount, lying deposited with this Court along with accrued interest shall go to the respondent No.1. The appellant shall also be entitle for withdrawal of statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, if deposited by the insurance company.

Nothing remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal

stands disposed of.
