The present application is filed seeking waiver of cost of ₹20,000/- imposed on each of the petitioner, vide order dated 29.10.2024, passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

The cost imposed on the petitioners by order dated 29.10.2024 is modified to the extent that a total cost of ₹30,000/- be payable by the petitioners in each FIR, i.e., FIR No. 134/2017 and FIR No. 232/2022, within a period of two weeks from today. 6.
