The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 139/2024 dated 02.02.2024 registered at Police Station Bhajan Pura for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the investigation is complete and the final report is likely to be filed within a period of two weeks.

Considering the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition at a later stage in case any grievance remains in future.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
