Petitioner filed objections under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against an Arbitral Award dated 16th March, 2024 rendered by an Arbitral Tribunal, constituted under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, before South-East Saket, District Court. 5.

The Respondent has taken an objection to the territorial jurisdiction of the Saket Court in entertaining the said petition bearing no. transfer of the objection petition OMP(COMM) 60/2024 from the SouthEast Saket, District Court to Patiala House District Court. 6.

Counsel for the Respondent states that they have no objection to the request made. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and OMP(COMM) 60/2024 is transferred from South-East Saket District Court to Patiala House District Court.

The order be conveyed to the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge to facilitate the transfer of the case file. 8.

The parties shall now appear before concerned Court in the Patiala House District Court on 22nd November, 2024.
