Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27th February, 2025, the defendants are present through video-conferencing. 2.

The defendants are agreeable to pay legal costs of ₹1,00,000/- and they submit that they may be given some time to pay the aforesaid costs. 3.

The defendants are also agreeable if a decree of permanent injunction is passed against them.

In view of the above, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants, in terms of prayer clause 50 (a).

Prayer clause 50 (b) of the plaint already stands satisfied, as the defendants no. 1 and 2 have been delisted from the platform of the defendant CS(COMM) 612/2023 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Counsel for the plaintiff does not press for prayer clause 50 (c). 7.

In terms of prayer clause 50 (d), legal costs of ₹1,00,000/- are awarded in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants. 8.

The aforesaid costs shall be paid in the following manner: a) ₹ 40,000/- shall be paid on or before 31st March, 2025, b) ₹ 30,000/- shall be paid on or before 30th April, 2025, c) ₹ 30,000/- shall be paid on or before 31st May, 2025. 8.1 Defendants shall be liable to pay interest @ 9 % p.a. upon failure to pay the aforesaid amounts on the due dates.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870.
