Parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre'). 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 5th June, (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement'), which bears the signatures of all the parties, has been placed on record.

Plaintiff, who is present in Court, submits that she has received the sum of Rs.3,10,00,000/- from the defendants and hence, she seeks to withdraw the present suit in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.
