O R D E R

(ORAL) 1.

On the strength of order of 8th August, 2017 (Annexure P-5), declaring that the Award in respect of subject land has lapsed, petitioners have made an application to the Secretary, Land and Building Department, Government of NCT of Delhi to seek demarcation of the subject land. The jurisdiction to demarcate the subject land is of the concerned SDM.

Let petitioners make an application to the concerned SDM to seek demarcation of the subject land. Petitioners' counsel submits that an application seeking demarcation of subject land would be made to SDM, Seelampur, Delhi within a week.

If it is so done, then SDM, Seelampur, Delhi shall effectively deal with the said application within a period of four weeks and in case the W.P.(C) 9645/2018

demarcation is not to be done, then a speaking response to the said application be made. The fate of petitioners' application be conveyed to them within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

The SDM, Seelampur, Delhi be apprised of this order forthwith. 5.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master to counsel for petitioners.
