As reflected from order dated 10.07.2023, possession of the subject premises already stands restored to the respondent/landlord in execution proceedings since on account of expressed unwillingness of petitioners to pay the use and occupation charges vide order dated 01.02.2023, there was no stay on operation of the impugned eviction order. 2.

On last four dates also none appeared for petitioners. It appears that petitioners are no more interested.

Accordingly, the petition as well as pending applications are dismissed as infructuous.
