3. The present writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 14.02.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (the Tribunal) in C.P. No. 57/2023.
4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the order dated 30.12.2022 passed by the respondents in purported compliance of order dated 04.11.2022 passed in O.A. No. 1484/2022.
