In view of the order passed by this Court on 29.10.2024, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Directorate of Education [DoE], on instructions, submits that the Department is willing to withdraw the order dated 03.09.2024, subject to extending the liberty to pass a fresh order.

The aforesaid submissions appears to be reasonable and, therefore, liberty is granted to withdraw the order dated 03.09.2024. 3.

Accordingly, the order dated 03.09.2024 stands set aside. Let the formal order be passed in that regard.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of alongwith pending application.
