% 01.02.2017 CM No.3985/2017 The petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition in view of letter dated 27.12.2016, whereby, the respondent has informed the petitioner that the Government of India has decided to revoke the cancellation order of allotment of land to the petitioner organization subject to withdrawal of the court cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition in terms of letter dated 27.12.2016. In view of the above, the application is allowed. W.P.(C) 9725/2006 The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
