Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261, to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the Administrative Tribunal. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for making it clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
