Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after canvassing some arguments, on instructions from the counsel on record who is in turn instructed by the Petitioner, seeks to withdraw this writ petition in view of the judgment of the Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court in L. Chandra Kumar v. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261, to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the Administrative Tribunal. 2.
Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for making it clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
