At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 states that respondent no.4 has no difficulty in providing copies of medical documents relating to the treatment of the petitioner's deceased mother. He states that some of the original documents may have been forwarded to the concerned insurance company or its authorized representative. 2.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the Medical Superintendent of respondent no.4 at 10:30 AM on 17.09.2018.
The Medical Superintendent shall ensure that the petitioner is provided copies of all the documents relating to the treatment of his deceased mother, as available with the respondent no.4 hospital. In the event, any of the original documents have been forwarded to the insurance company or its representative, the Medical Superintendent shall provide copies of those documents to the petitioner.
