% 21.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach the trial Court to seek review on the ground that the arguments raised on the plea of adverse possession and with reference to the order dated 27.05.2014 whereby the previous application similarly placed invoking order XXXIX Rule 10 CPC have remained unaddressed.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. The directions for deposit in terms of the impugned order shall be enforced, if need be, only after decision is taken on the review application. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
