With the consent of parties, Mr. Justice S. N. Aggarwal (Retired) of Madhya Pradesh High Court is appointed as Sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes, which are subject matter of the suit, in accordance with law. Arbitration proceedings will be governed as per the Rules of Delhi High Court International Arbitration Centre. Application as well as suit is disposed of in the above terms.
